Edit - perhaps a retrieval string would make things easier come Spring . Has anyone asked or checked the location for a wee buoy?

Ardfern Yacht Centre have accepted responsibility and are going to get it sorted in the spring - however I was going to let Shard stay on it free of charge for the winter.....
