This place is becoming fecking uninhabitable in the Winter. Am suffering from climate shock . . .

Silkie and Fairwinds both afloat and unmoved, wind now moderated. Looks like the Solent and S. Coast will cop the next big one, then hopefully it is going to calm down for a bit.

That would be nice. Even well inland here in the Midlands it as been hard going just taking the mutt for a walk. I can cope with windy, or cold, or rain - but it's a bummer when they all come at once!Nick wrote:.
