Re: Wanna buy a Marina?

Re: Wanna buy a Marina?
you'd expect that the owner will want to be able to lift his own boat at his own marina and put it into his own shed for maintenance, so maybe quite a lot of change coming. So as already mentioned, probably not a quick re-opening one of my sons met the existing owners and was chatting to them. The...

one of the Peel Group companies. classic case of creating different legal entities to manage different parts of their asset base
all privately owned and their management of public assets, poorly regulated by the UK and Scottish governments

Re: Clyde Estuary - Charge for Leisure Vessels !!!!!!
the back-door privatisation prior to the Scottish Parliament coming into existence, is probably the most important public interest reason for MSPs to oppose Peel Ports. Peel Ports are given the privilege of running public assets, all be it for a profit. They have carved up the assets they were given...

Re: Clyde Estuary - Charge for Leisure Vessels !!!!!!

They didi this for CoP 26 so there is a recent precedent. It'll be interesting to see if Peel Ports react or respond to the universal condemnation of their p...
