Rothesay harbour

Post by Bodach na mara »

Any news about the state of the harbour in Rothesay after the recent extreme tide? I heard that the lifting bridge was right under water and as the electrics are Friar Tucked, it is out of action. Thus trapping all the boats still in the inner harbour.

Gordon, ex Flap, now Farewell to Arms posted a photo somewhere, maybe TOP. Farewell is trapped inside. Not sure if she was in for the winter, or just over Hogmany.

Thanks Ash, I had not seen anything on TOP. I'm off to look there now.
