Silent Odyssey: Incredible Stories
Today on STV from 21:00 to 22:00
Series of incredible stories from all over the world on stv. This episode features the heroic round the world voyage of deaf yachtsman Gerry Hughes, charting the drama and excitement of his eight months at sea.
Gerry sails from Troon.

He wasn't able to do it non stop, but still a great achievement. Programme was good - it will always be difficult to show 8 months in 1 hour. Try to catch it on iplayer.

Another reason to have the Aye-player - so we can watch sailing programs on Scottish TV - I remember Yachting Life covering his story earlier this year. Amazing.
