The best thing about that report is the 63 stone bit, no jobsworth has seen the need to convert it to metric :D

(edit) In fact, it looks suspiciously like someone has converted 400Kg into stones, that's even better.

15 anchors "worth thousands of pounds" - lets be generous & assume it's only 2,000 quid now divide by 15 & that's £133 each. Nah, they aren't Rocnas. :D
