Another anti-spam measure - first post requires approval

We had another spam post this morning, so I have enabled a further feature to keep this board spam-free. From now on successful new sign-ups will be placed into a 'New Members' group by default and their first post will have to be approved by a moderator (currently Silkie of myself). Once their first post is approved they will automatically be transferred to the default users group with full privileges. I've tested the system and it seems to work fine.
