Fitted a swivel shackle to the tack of the roller genny today as the original was straining the stitching on the tape loop.
Unfortunately, the new pin is 10mm and the hole wasn't....
Drilled like mad for ages, continually sharpening the drill on a whetstone, before discovering a stainless insert in the alloy housing.
Just in case anyone else has the problem...
Anyway I've now made another larger stainless insert to protect my alloy casting from the bronze pin.
