I wondered if anybody from this noted and well respected law firm could possibly give me some advice?
A well known internet site provides a desktop calendar used by many people*. We are now well into April and yet the aforementioned internet site has not provided a desktop calendar for the current month.
If I were to engage the services of the legal firm in the subject of this post, would I be able to successfully sue the internet site owner?
*By many I mean possibly as many as 10.

It is my belief that at this moment the aforementioned defendant is extreemly busy whitling on a classic peice of Burmeese Teak, I believe he could be shaping up a mallet for the local white knitted wig headed gentleman of the local magistry dept, or on the other hand he could be in the T an T and hardly in a state to even remember which month it is.
Incidently can we have some pics of a more raunchy nature, even raunchy sailing pics

Reminds me of the lawyer that sailed with a friend who p*ssed himself if he saw a shark.
Would only take him out on a 'no fin, no wee' basis.

Dear Hunt, Lunt and Cunningham,
Is there a legal remedy whereby the proprietor of a popular sailing website could sue the entirety of aforesaid website's membership for cyber-bullying? I believe this is a popular activity nowadays amongst our schoolchildren, and I feel sure that an enterprising firm of ambulance-chasers such as yourselves are the people to pioneer this new legal goldmine.
I remain etc etc
