Rothesay update?

Has anyone used the new inner harbour pontoons at Rothesay as yet?
I heard there was a delay in opening because a management contractor had to be appointed, but I don't know if that was resolved.
I could do with having the boat alongside for a couple of days for some post-winter cleaning up jobs which would be easier with mains power and hot water.
Have they hiked the fees?

Not sure about the inner harbour, but the other pontoons are still available with leccy and water.
