Not I. Intuitively it seems wrong, although toilets pump out below the waterline.

Yes, on occasion, as waterlines change from time to time - but never below the static WL.
They do tend to suck ( like dinghy self-drainers) when you really get going, as the sternwave gets up to the transom. (The underside of the stern overhang on my last boat looked like a pepperpot.)
On a similar subject, my mates last mobo used to automatically empty the holding tank as soon as he got up to speed...

Hmm
Just having a good look around - the bog empties out below the waterline, as does the sink but alarmingly the cockpit drains also do - the only water that gets in there is what we put there but sometimes when we heel we can get a bit of water washing back in. I'm moving the outlet to above the waterline of course. The sad part is that I've looked at this hole in the bottom (I do beg your pardons) for 12 years and never made the connection regarding what it does! Moving it above the waterline will mean that we don't get a lot of fall so I guess thats why it was probably put there in the first place.

Never had water coming back up the wheelhouse drains John, nor am I particularly aware of any noise and ours are not crossed.
To add to your list, our exhaust is below the waterline - in fact that's the only silencing it gets.
I assume you've also got an above-line pumpout for everything else in the cludgie?

Well, my cludgie exits below the waterline, but most importantly, with a syphon break in the line. The galley sink and the 2 cockpit drains also exit below the waterline, but they are all straight down, so not a problem. Both my electric and hand-cranked bilge pomps exit high up on the starboard side, so are never under water.

I suspect there was a dip in the cockpit drain pipe which meant a constant bit of water in there.
The bog is a pressurised mascerating job which I think ejects its cargo at around 150000 psi (Pee Sh*t Index)
The exhaust comes out in the middle of the transom just above the waterline with a big u bend in the stern locker- just tends to leave the transom a bit black, I'm convinced the dinghy on the davits adds to this.
The sink is a vertical drop which never has been a problem. The past owner had a bilge pump emptying into the cockpit drain so that he could tell when it was dry without having to look under the floor or over the side. That has now gone but I am re-routing the pump outlet to go through the side. That just leaves the hand pump to bring up above the waterline and fill the hole left by the original.
