Gosh - what a lovely bunch of toys we have now - and clever old Nick managing to get his name in BOLD BLUE TYPE

I have been informed by Higher Authority that FO actually stands for Flag Officer. Any other interpretation is clearly erroneous.

Can we look forward to some Semaphore amusement on CC09?
