What's happened to the web address?
When you go to www.weatherweb.tv now it forwards to http://www.weatherweb.net/wwtv/httpdocs/index.html
Google won't index forwarded pages - it is very important that it has its own domain at www.weatherweb.tv, wherever that is hosted.
