Don't know, but at a tenner it's worth a go!
I think I'll get one to play with if I remember on Thursday.
Would this be any use sniffing out osmosis?

I got one last time they were on offer. It seems to think my house is in a pond. But it could be right, it's 150 years old & only has a slate damp course added in the 60's.
Never thought of using it on the hull. Be to scared of what it might tell me! Especially after spending the best part of a year's salary on gel stripping & epoxy paint.
