YM confessional

Post by Magna Carter »

Wahoo!

I wrote a small piece for the YM confessional.... and they've decided to publish it!

The reward is the framed original of the Mike Peyton cartoon used to illustrate the article...

So soon, you'll all know more about yet another of my many failings... :D

Congratulations!

I suspect many of us have suitable stories but just never think about / get round to sending them in. All the more credit to them's as gets off their arses!

I hope its not another one about having to get up in the middle of the night bollock naked, to fend off another boat due to dragging, or whatever.

If so, tell is which edition its in like Silkie says, so we can choose to ignore it :)

Unworthy of you Nick, but we will let that pass, this time.

I can assure you that Neil's entry is of a much more straitforward screw up. Self induced too.

It was'nt about the time you left your berth near the fuel pontoon without unhooking the electricity, was it? Causing you to blow up half of Essex .. they never noticed of course cos it was Saturday night

Do you know Jim, its funny tyou should say that, because we took these photos when looking back into the marina, and we never did find our missing shore power lead. We just assumed some toe rag had yanked it out of the back of the boat.
