There is a chartlet in the link to Sailing Cruising Scotland FB group, Lamlash Mooring Association FB page. There is no contact number shared. The old moorings are the visitors moorings, most seaward mooring field, to the NE, SW of the slipway; mostly NE. The old visitors moorings have been removed, but the ground chain remains. The ground chain had been inspected for the new moorings and found to be okay. Currently represents a fouling hazard if you were inclined to anchor there. No details when new moorings will be installed.
***Notice to all mariners***

While our campaign to raise funds to install Visitor Moorings is in full swing (pardon the pun) please be aware that while visitor moorings are not currently present there is still a ground chain that used to support the old visitor moorings.

As such, caution should be exercised within the area highlighted in the below graphic (Red zone) that anchoring is strongly not recommended.

It is the intention of the association to install temporary risers to buoys to highlight the ground in the near future.

Please feel free to share this information.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
What's that? Dunno! Should we be worried about that? Dunno! How? Ah dunno!
