Scaring Seagulls

I find old plastic milk containers very effective, I paint a couple of eyes on each side and haul about 20 or so up on a spare halyard.

I find a life size waxwork tableau of Idi Amin in conflagrante delicto with the Rev Ian Paisley works a treat. Easy to knock up yourself with some of those leftover Christmas candle stubs. For even more effectiveness try a little patchouli oil.

What's a seagulls hearing range? If those hoody scarers are banned from shopping areas, we could possibly fall heir to them for a good price?
Might also deter the little twats who use the marina as a racetrack for tenders at the weekend. :rantoff
