You should be aware that achieving 40% thermal efficiency from a diesel donk would be the best you should expect and if you count the alternator, gearbox and propellor around 30% of diesel energy producing propulsion would be a good result. How you fill in your declaration is your choice.

Excellent logic :)

I was interested that this came up in the RYA newsletter. Are the HMRC out on the hunt for people with quiet Eberspachers?
