Moody S31 for sale

My wife has advised me that her sailing days are over, our trip round Mull last month convinced her that the motion of the boat was contibuting to her back problems so Corona is up for sale, lock stock and barrell. Just when I had got her really sorted! I have put together a couple of descriptive pdfs which I can email to anyone even remotely interested. My asking price is £37,500, but she must go, so even silly offers may be given consideration.
This is definitely my final attempt at packing it in, the first one was in 2015 and the second a year later.

Wheel or tiller?

Tiller, fin keel, masthead, good sails, 3 blade Flexofold ( £1.8 k but increased motoring speed at 2500 revs by over a knot, reduced fuel consumption at the same time) VP 2020 with saildrive, hull gasket replaced 2018, new heater, full inventory.
I have made 2 pdfs one of spec and the other pics which I can email to anyone who sends me an address.
