If you click on the articles button near the top left of this page (and most others) you'll be taken to the articles homepage where there is a box near the top right with a Track Me! button. Enter your email address to receive notification of updates.
Not sure what your problem could be with posting replies. I just hit the Post Reply button at the top and bottom of every thread. (Well I don't to it with every thread - just a high proportion of them!)
