I see in the Oban Times that the Crown Estate has given £8,750 to the Craighouse Harbour Project.
They plan to remove boulders from the seabed (Why???), put in more moorings and improve acces to the pier through the installation of 'pontoons, a ramp and lighting'.
Personally I would have thought 9K might pay for the removal of a couple of boulders and not much more.

Craighouse
I'll watch with interest. More moorings would certainly be useful since the present collection quickly fills up. Did the article say when it's supposed to happen?
