I came across this 'elsewhere' and thought it worth echoing here.... if not already in the public domain.

Who do we tell about interruption of mooring services?
The drying yacht wall at Eigg pier will be out of service for a few weeks next month, whats the best way to let any potential visitors know?
The wall is hidden from the sea and dries out, so someone aiming to just squeeze in before the water is too low will be in for a nasty shock.
It has been suggested that we inform RYA, but should anyone else know?

Re: Eigg yacht pier closure
Strange . . .
We were on Eigg Saturday/Sunday last week and did not see anything about this.
(We were not in the inner harbour though)
