believe it or not we actually looked at the Claymore that was for sale in Kip marina a couple of years ago. Even spoke to John about it, but then decided that we wanted to sail away and need a real boat
Have to admit, that is one fine and dandy looking boat, very nice

Weel, the Claymore kind of reminds me of something from a bygone age that one might hold in fond esteem, sort of reminiscent of the Vital Spark, if ye get mah drift.

Nothing at all, in fact the US Gulf coast east of Texas is all brown, but at least it's more than 2ft deep and warm, and none of that brown goo you see at Maldon & other places in that area.

I hear the brown goo is supposed to be good for the complexion but I'm not trying it

Oh she looks much nicer than a Claymore. More like a Nantucket Clipper...Those gouges along the hull look nasty - did they do that as she was being launched?
