Scottish Anchorages website

Post by cpedw »

There used to be a website, https://www.scottishanchorages.co.uk/, one man's view of places between Kintyre and Ardnamurchan. It seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know if it's final?

There's concern on TOP, where I have offered my copies of the pdfs from early this year.

That website was run by Professor Charles Warlow, emeritus professor of medical Neurology, Edinb Univ. He'd be 91 now. He was still about and active late last year and helped me with proof reading of the most recent edition of CCCs Kintyre to Ardnamurchan sailing directions book.
You could read about him here...https://www.bmj.com/bmj/section-pdf/904 ... s.full.pdf That article from the BMJ is 20 years old, but gives a rounded background.

Charles is very much alive and kicking though he wimped out of SIPR this year but let his son Oli use his Rustler.
