The Met Office has issued a Yellow Weather warning for the Friday and Saturday. However, checking Predict Wind for Friday at Sound of Luing for around 15:00 when the strongest wind is due: -

UKMO F10
SPIRE F6
GFS F10
ECMF F8
PWE F7
PWE F8

NW, WSW, SW directions

Be careful if climbing about your boat.

Indeed, and predict wind states 6m waves from the west at Craobh. They will be abandoning the marina office! 😂

Inshore waters has an 11, and the shipping forecast for Malin has a phenomenal sea state.

seeing colours on "windy" that I've never seen before
scroll up to 3,000ft and its no surprise that all flights have been cancelled
