What sort of work?

replaced standing rigging, guard rails, some stantions, replacement halyard and full rig-check.
what impressed me were the detailed issues he identified and fixed, small items that have corroded and eroded over the years
He communicates really well and proactively so no surprises.
Good to see a young guy setting up a marine business on the west coast and doing the job well
