Other than MacDonalds visiting C'town... it's a much maligned wee town. Our first visit in 2009 was after a long thrash from Lamlash. Didny really ken aboot reefing then. After we got rafted up, we staggered up the high street and found a drinking hole. We were not drunk before or after- though the ground was still moving. We got back to the boat clasping walls and doorways all the way!

I have a fascination with Cemeteries and the history that unfolds when you read the headstones. There are few more fascinating than the one in Campbeltown
