Lofrans Royal manual windlass

I just removed this from the boat. It is fully functional and in quite good condition. The clutch engages and disengages. The ratchet clicks solidly. The gypsy is 8mm. I took some photos which I hope are public here.
I believe it's from 2001, the age of the boat.

It's heavy and in Argyll.

Does £250 sound reasonable? Buyer to arrange/pay delivery.
