Claymore's Summer Wine Cruise

Post by claymore »

Well - the plan is to be away on Monday 8th June and back on the 20th.
A stout body of men have been assembled in the form of 2 friends of long standing - Professor Stancliffe and Vice-Chancellor Sexton - both good men and sound of wind and limb. We intend to be joined by the good Doctor Muzz on the middle Saturday, either in Oban or Mallaig.
As with all good cruise planning, we have charts of the whole of the British Isles and whilst conceding that we may not need them all, you just can't be too careful.
Anyone in Western Waters within those dates is welcome to join us for a day or two or until the wine runs dry.
Regards
Claymore

We are going to be playing out the fortnight before you.

There is a Westerly meet @ Lochaline the weekend of the 5th/7th June so we are extending our jollies a couple of days to join in that.

Similarly, if folks would like to join us for a cuppa or a snifta if they see us on our meanderings up to Oban and beyond to explore the Caley Canal they are welcome.
Seminole.
Cheers Bob.

Fortunately I too will be out for the same fortnight and safely back at work before Claymore ventures forth.
