PMs Failing To Send

In the past I have sent PMs but now it appears that PMs just sit in my Outbox not going anywhere. Can you please take a look at this Nick.

PM sent. It would appear that PMs sit in my Outbox for a few hours before being sent. One just posted to you at 22:11.

As I understand it, the message sits in the out box until it's read, then it appears as sent.
