Following on from Mallaig,

Stornoway has just recently opened its newly extended marina.
Lochmaddys new marina opens end of May and will have 26 berths, water and electicity.
Lochboisdales new marina isn't due to open until early 2015 and will have 50 berths.
Last time I was at Stornoway, two years ago, the marina cost £1 per metre per night, would be nice if the new marinas are a similar price.

It would be rude not to go and use them.

£2 a metre inc vat, so a bit cheaper than Mallaig's £2.40

Of course being the cheapskate that I am, I will probably opt for the alongside option
