The pictures are very good. It certainly makes me want to get North on the tub. Love the "Seadogs" picture.

Looks good, this weather is driving me nuts, I have my last day on Uni tomorrow then launching the boat on Friday.
Any chance of seeing you up this way later in the year?

Guy goes into a pub with a steering wheel sticking out the top of his trousers. Slightly curious, the barman says, "Do you realise that you've got a steering wheel sticking out the top of your trousers?"

The guy looks down and says;

"I know. It's driving me nuts".

Good night.........

PS: Great pics, Nick. Mavanier - post here when you're going out. We tend to listen out Chs 16 and 77.

Lovely evening, made even better by a fine fiddler on "Swedish Maid", the boat in the background.

We are heading up to Ullapool at the beginning of July - the plan is to go to the Skiffie Worlds event in Ullapool starting 8th July - the Seil Skiff is going to be there.

Will you be around?

That's the plan- won't be at the Skiff do for the whole week but hoping to catch the ceilidh and the Tanera Mor stuff.

By the way we got the boat launched, slight hiccup due to me misplacing the keys for the engine!! With help from friendly native yachties in Kyleakin, we warped her across to the pontoons before she grounded out on the falling tide. The keys, of course, turned up as soon as we got back to the house...
