I am fitting a bowsprit and the jib from a Laser Pico this winter.

They are pretty tippy without the tubes, and rock solid with them.

The wheel in the keel is next to useless unless on smooth tarmac. On sand or small pebbles, it just clogs.

Mrs FC is transformed now, and quite happily jumps aboard the WB8

well i never .. i thought the sailing rig might be useful for the grandchildren and wondered what the tubes were for.

I now know! terrific, will pursue this thursday night ...
