A sad end for Huggy

Post by Alcyone »

Apologies if this has been posted already - I did a search but couldn't find it.

Seems Huggy Macarthur's voyages have come to an end. (Strong language in vid)

I, for one, have taken great enjoyment from his adventures, and he's made me laugh out loud on many occasions. Hope to see him on the waves again soon.

Really sorry to hear about this . . . the video kept buffering, so I couldn't follow it all that well - still not sure why he abandoned instead of cutting the rig free and motoring back to GC.

Have embedded the film here to make it easier for people to watch.

I'm very sorry to hear this.

I wasn't an avid follower, I only dabbled into his VTs now and again.

The last that I remember was when he was in Greece, working to raise some cash.

Had he posted since then?
