AVon Redcrest Inflatable for sale

Post by Fingal »

This is quite an old Avon dinghy but perfectly serviceable. It was serviced by Cosalt last summer and apart from a valve repair didn't need any work. It stayed inflated for a week in May. It has a refurbished o/b bracket, bag, pump and folding aluminium oars.

I'm only selling it because it is much bigger than I need as a tender and I would like to replace it with something smaller and easier to handle and stow aboard. It's heavy - about 30kg I think so carriage would be £30-40 I think. An offer of £100 plus carriage or collection in person from Port Edgar would be accepted with alacrity.

email me at kenmcc(AT)blueyonder(dot)co(dot)uk if interested

A bit agressive for a first post, no?

Or is this just spam to get your link up? I suspect it is as you are replying to a post that is nearly 3 years old. However, I will give you the right of reply before you are binned.

Dear DannaJackson
Self praise? I can tell the difference between my self and an old inflatable, thanks. I always try to describe things accurately and the charming man who bought the dinghy three years ago was more than happy with his purchase. I only sell things, when I do, to people who are polite and friendly.
