I think Bob's self-image was up to coping with that . . . just hope all is well with him and Mrs So_sage and Blueberry Hill.

We thought that we saw Blue Berry Hill in the Kyles on Sunday 19th Sept during the S/Butt Cruise.

I was too slow in mastering the AIS function on the chartplotter to attempt to confirm and too shy to call on VHF!!!.

Looking at AISLiverpool now, the last recording was 15 August, so maybe BBH is in stealth mode with the AIS switched off.

I think that BBH's screen name on TOP changed with the new software - you can find it on the second S/Butt Cruise thread if you need to.

Who Me!!!!!!

Sliced sausage is well and about. Ash you were correct is thinking you saw BBH in the Kyles on Sun 19th as she had been at a muster & BBQ at Kip on the Sat which I organised for Kip Cruising Club.

They are doing in reverse of what lots of us do. We sail to Tarbert on a weekend. They sail to Largs or Kip etc on a weekend.

Well Hello sailors!

I must apologise for my absence, Italy was pleasant but crowded.

Desperate Dan doesn't worry me, as long as he keeps his cloths on.

The truth is, I have been a victim of windows 7!
The URL keeps disappearing.

We have been out and about with BBH or at least on board most weekends, I can confirm that we have been to Kip twice but, haven't been to Largs this year!

Don't be shy Ash, our AIS info could have given you the MMSI for discreet contact, AIS Liverpool seems only to record our information occasionally, I think it may be uploaded manually as, there have been quite a few yachts transmitting AIS in Loch Fyne & The Clyde which do not later show on AIS Liverpool.

Have I missed anything?

Regards

Bob

I berthed Westbound Adventurer a few fingers down from Blueberry Hill in Tarbert on Wednesday night, but no-one on board.

Was treated to a meal in The Anchorage by my adoring crew - highly recommended.

Interesting, I just looked up the history on Ship Ais for BBH this weekend, Friday and Sunday. The gaps in the recorded tracks indicate that there are quite large areas of the Kyles and upper Loch Fyne where the the VHF signal is not received by the recording station.
