FWIW, may I pass on a wee gem of an offer in Asda at present.
Tullamore Dew is available at UNDER £13/ bottle. And that's a full 70cl bottle!
It is a jolly good whiskey & goes down a treat "on the rocks" - something I would never do with a Scotch, but does work well with the nuttier flavoured Irish spirits.
