This is the smallest in the Seagull range, suitable for small dinghies. This particular item was one of the last Seagulls, bought in about 1995. It has a recoil starter and a plastic fuel tank. Comes with the original instruction book and a spare sparkplug, shear pin (spring type), and HT lead. I last used it 2 years ago and it was working well then.
As to price I would be looking for about £100, buyer collects.

I shall keep an eye open for another cloud of blue smoke on the horizon.

Nope, the 40- has the same distinctive tones of all the other Seagulls (apart from the two silly "modern" ones).sahona wrote:Bet it's quieter then those 'kin honda 4-strokes though.

Yep, I know and have loved 'the best engine for the World (always use a lanyard)' over the years.
I still bet the the annoying Honda aircooled 4 stroke is louder. (and lacks
the nostalgic tone and smell of the 'gull)
