Online Estate Agents

Post by puddock »

Any recommendations for online estate agency/ property listings in the Argyll area?
Mrs Puddock has finally taken note of my hints I think........ (actually, I have been experimenting with subliminal messaging, slipping words like Oban etc into conversation, writing the words at the bottom of newspaper pages ... - was this a little underhand?)

Try S1 for homes, Prime Location and Rightmove, although, not even they will have every property for sale in Argyll.
Finding property in Argyll isn't easy and, the local property agents dont make it any easier.
We found it so difficult that as a retired Estate Agent, I have thought about seting up a home finder service for Argyll and the Islands. You could be my first client!
I will not stay young forever but, I can be immature for the rest of my day's!

I thought you enjoyed the peace and quiet of being on your own on the boat? Presumably you'll be moving the boat to the East coast now then?

There's also:
http://www.andersonbanks.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.churchofscotland.org.uk/properties/index.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - not just argyll but they occasionally have an interesting project
http://www.dmkestates.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - MacKinnon is a big player
http://www.ethornton.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
