I've never used this method, but the Guild of Seamstresses have told me that a spicy curry from the Mumtaz in Bradford, a hot bath, that scene in 'When Harry me Sally' and a forced march twice round Miller Park is the very thing to 'get things started'.
Became a full-time sailor at the end of May
