Sahona is in the lead although his post rate has dropped significantly recently. Ash is running a close second (pacemaker problems notwithstanding) and since Clyde_Wanderer has presumably taken umbrage that puts DaveS in third place.
Barring any "special" colours, like Claymore's, there is only white left AFAIK before the rest get yellowed. Perhaps Lakesailor will sign up?
Just thought you'd like to know.

Re: The next Admiral
Blooming work keeps getting in the way - will need to wrench the lappy out of the crew's hands and take it with me. I'm just back from co-driving a truck to/from Munich and need to get to bed cos I'm driving down to London tomorrow.Silkie wrote: Ash is running a close second (pacemaker problems notwithstanding)

Back on line on Wed.

Edit: Just had a look at the post count - check out the joined date for Sahona and C_W - that's high speed posting - way beyond my capabilities.

Re: The next Admiral
I didn't know there was a competition, nor that anyone was counting posts. I suppose I'd better get the dross flowing again.
what are the perks of being an admiral of the beige?

Re: The next Admiral
The forum counts the posts and there's no competition. It's just the way it seems to be working out. The board is set up so that the default rank for 1000 posts is Yellow Admiral and that will be your fate when we run out of ideas for speshuls.
As for perquisites, you'll just have to wait and see.

Re: The next Admiral
I wouldn't worry about the colour - They don't know their Greens from their Greys around here
I used to know about a Brown Admiral - it was a species of butterfly that was easily frightened.
