I Always Smile

Post by claymore »

When I read posts that remark on how expensive spare parts are for Eberspachers.

Why does everyone feel that they ought to be cheaper and that there is some magical place where brand new guaranteed genuine parts will be half price.

I did'nt smile after my last repair, it would have been cheaper to rip the old one out and fit a new one. And that's the honest trurh!

Some Saddler sailors prefer switching all the gas rings on and, if its really cold, the oven too ...

Happy to give an old man pleasure!
I thought £144 for a ticky pump was a bit OTT, specially when you can get a "buy-it-now" off eBay for £50 or the complete caboodle for £750.

This is exactly what I mean - this car-boot mentality that has pervaded broken Britain.
Marisca, my fond orchid of the morning light - it is an honour to own an eberspacher and one should not be thinking in terms of how little one can get away with paying - just pay up and play the game.

Think not what your eberspacher can do for you but what you can do for your eberspacher.
