A wee reminder for Shard (his faculties aren't what they were) about Bert Jansch at Easdale this Friday.

Anyone else thinking about going?

Would really love to go - still like to think I can play like him when I've had a couple.

Now that he seems to be playing north of the border again I'll live in hope that I catch him next time.

How so? We've already got wir jaickets ower a couple of seats.

Bert J played in Stirling the other night (Friday?) - couldn't get tickets, sellout concert. Went to hear Malinkey instead - Saturday night, very good.

I suppose we'll be anchored in the Sound, unless we can raft up on a mooring in Balvicar Bay 8). And yourself?

Haven't finally decided but I'll probably take the ferry. If it's too breezy or busy you could take a mooring at Balvicar and we'll go down together.

Will the ferry be running at such a late hour?

I'd left it a bit late but have now also got one reserved so there are still tickets available.

It seems like only two or three years ago since we saw him in Easdale. 2006........
