Crinan Canal

Travelled west through the canal on Sunday, and got the ideal weather for it.

But surprisingly touched the bottom twice, both in centre channel. I'm 2.31m, so say 2.4m in fresh water. High spots are 40m east of west end of Bellanoch Bay and 100m east of the bridge west of Bellanoch Bay. Second touch was heavy and got everyone's attention!
