I was over there this week the harbour looks almost complete. New pontoons are in and looking great. Not quite finished yet I think they are still working on the electricity and water

Parents were there on Wednesday. Apparently can now float.... there is now water in the inner harbour..only a matter of time.
Said that they stood and watched while a huge crane lifted the Taxi shelter onto the centre pedestrian access.
