What lights and shapes should be shown when a pontoon with 24 boats attached breaks free.

Not Under Command would seem appropriate to me!

I was wondering how someone could secure a pontoon with 2 anchors. I would have though it would move about quite a bit at the best of times. Is one end secured to the land? It's not clear in that report.

The pontoon in Kylaekin is not secured to the land unless you count the walkway down to it, does seem to be very short on anchoring, and it certainly would have been a mess if it had broken away from the second anchor.

Always lots o local yachts and fishing boats alongside. Hopefully when its sorted they will put in a few more anchor points.
We can't change the direction of the wind, but we can adjust our sails.
