Shy Talk deterrent?

Post by sahona »

'Tis that time of year when masts and things are tumbled, and we get a rare view of what has been up there for a while... In our case, I think the stuff had been up there since 1978 ~ 30 years!.
Brought the radome home to scrape it and advance the rotator 'home' index by 5 degrees. (Objects had been displayed off the port bow when they were ahead)
Took the opportunity to draw the outline of a bird of prey (buzzard) on the top of the radome in the hope that it would deter the muck-spreaders - better(?) than an owl or CDs, and once done it is forgotten.
However, I really would like an image like the ones they use to stop birds flying into large glass structures, but Google failed me.
Anyone out there know where they can be procured?
If it works, it's my idea, right? ~(I would also paste one onto the rib to cut down the queue at breakfast time)

Not quite what you're looking for, but Shard posted some pictures of aggressive looking gulls, which seems to work for him.
