They've done a couple of minor repairs/alterations for me and although they weren't on time they were cheap and the work was satisfactory so I can't complain. I'm not sure I would use them for new sails though.
I don't find them that cheap but pretty straightforward to deal with. They made me a new cockpit cover last year , it fits and seems to be wearing well so far, and they put a new luff wire in my storm jib in the spring, took a while but seems like a good job.
