Marine sundial

Post by spuddy »

I've been looking for one of these for ages and finally come across a supplier. It conveniently attaches to steering pedestal by a bracket along with plotters and other essential instrumentation. Gimbals are available so it can be used at sea as well as in the marina. They are available from www.spuddytime. co.uk ; no connection, just a satisfied customer

I made one years ago out of a two-bob bit and some plumbing parts. I wonder if it's in the shed. We could compare designs.
