Rather than losing even more weight, how about hanging some weights off your ankles and making yourself taller. Will this not improve your BMI just the same?

is it really a percentage, (of what ratio?) or is it just a sum they use to compare your weight to your height ?

You are 4 points lower than me, but am about a foot taller :(

I can't help thinking that the decimal point is superfluous.

For just 4% - have you considered amputation of something?

.
Careful Claysie,

It's only a number . . .

Don't end up losing too much - a BMI of 25 - 30 may actually be good for you . . .

You also have to remember, being an athlete like myself, that muscle is heavier than fat and that many top international rugby players are clinically obese.

I am on the treadmill at the moment, but aiming for slightly less dramatic results than yourself as I have already worked out how to see my willy by standing in front of a mirror so am not panicking in the way yourself did.

I hear that it was not being able to see it at all, even in a magnifying mirror, which caused the major concern in the first place.
Maybe a good waxing would have helped

Oh, how rude. I am pleased to hear of our great e-leader on the treadmill. It can only be matter of months now until he decides to stand up on the treadmill, and perhaps even connect up the plug, all ready to turn the thing on very gently, perhaps early in the New Year.
